This collaborative process will include defining key Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FABs) for each service/product by channel and target audience. I will then develop summary positioning statements for each product/service by channel and target audience to guide the brand development efforts.

My next step is to align our collaborative brand development efforts with your strategic business objectives and define the Vision and Mission of your organization. For established businesses, this may require an evolution of your current positioning to better align with your goals and target audience. Your mission statement will be your anchor and central to guiding your strategic plan.

I will then facilitate an inclusive process that engages team members from across your organization to define and codify the core guiding principles (brand pillars), that will underpin your brand. These principles will serve as the foundation for all brand development efforts and will ensure that your brand is aligned with your organization's values and goals. This may focus on organizational commitments to quality, innovation, or environmental, social, and corporate governance, among other areas, to ensure that your brand is rooted in your unique strengths and differentiators and that going forward, your organization will live by these core principles.

Ultimately, we will bring together all of our collaborative efforts to create a formal brand standards document. This document will serve as the blueprint for your brand and will define the guidelines for all future brand development efforts. By outlining key elements such as messaging standards, we will ensure that your brand remains consistent and aligned with your organization's values and goals across all channels and touchpoints.

As part of our comprehensive brand development process, you have the option to also leverage the creative team at Dorsey Studios to bring your brand to life visually. This includes creating the wordmark, logo, fonts, design elements, website, branded social media channels, and branded content that represent your brand. Ensuring that your brand identity is consistent across all channels is critical, and we will work closely with you to ensure that all visual elements are aligned with your brand's core values and messaging.
